How it all started...
In 1985, Pastor Delbert Young came to LaFayette, Ga as pastor of the First Assembly of God, then The Church at LaFayette asked if he would join them and with followers from both groups birthed Life Gate Church. Pastor Young retired in 2015 and LGC is now under the leadership of Pastor Doug Eaker, one of the founding members. Through over 30 years in existence, we brought praise and worship to our city.
